Requirements
- Your business type is an active outlet that sells food/beverage (e.g: restaurant, cafe, shops, home industry, etc)
- Submit an email & mobile number of the business owner
- Submit a full outlet address & phone number
- Address and location
Documents
- Business Owner ID Card
- Bank account information for payout
- Business license
- Additional documents Tax Identification Number, if merchant have restaurant tax charge
Requirements
- Your business type is an active outlet that sells food/beverage (e.g: restaurant, cafe, shops, Hotels, etc)
- Submit an email & mobile number of the company director/an appointed representative
- Submit a full outlet address & phone number
- Address and location
Documents
- Director ID Card (National ID)
- Power of Attorney signed by director as stated in deed of company, as well as appointed representative registration is done by appointed representative
- Business license
- Deeds of establishment, deeds of adjustment 2007, and deeds of change
- Company Bank account information for payout
- Additional documents (bank books, eBanking pages, checking accounts) if bank account owner name is different with company name
How To Register
1. Tuko Partner registration can be done through the Tuko Store Owners application (can only be downloaded on the Android Google Play Store or App Store), You can also use the website on your computer eg, laptop
2. Choose registration type that suits your business type. Here are the following store registration categories:
After completing the data, the Tuko Team will carry out the verification process, this process will take 2 working days
If your status is verified You will receive notification via Tuko Store App or registered email. Next, you’ll need to continue with the registration process via Tuko Store App
If your status needs follow up
You will receive notification via the store app or registered email regarding your documents that need to be updated. Please update your documents via the store app. You will be given limit attempt to update max 3x in a period of 14 days, if you do not update your documents by the time given, your registration will be removed
If your status is rejected
Your documents that you attach is not matching the terms and conditions of Tuko Store registration. Please find the complete reason of why your registration is rejected
